MIka Japanese Bistro - Kota Kasablanka
I stumble upon this restaurant when I was browsing around disdus.com looking for interesting deals and since this restaurants looks quite nice (and so is the deal) so I decided to give it a try!
As this blog's title suggest, this restaurant is located in Food Society area in Kota Kasablanka Shopping Center. At first when I entered the restaurant, I wasn't so sure because although I went there on weekend, only a few tables were filled and place was not very crowded at all. But since I've bought the voucher, might as well deal with it..lol
Mika Japanese Bistro's food concept is Japanese fusion food. Hence most Japanese food served here have been modified from the original Japanese taste.
I basically ordered what was included in the voucher's deal.

'Demi glazed Omurice' (IDR 68,000).
The Egg is fluffy and yum. The rice is mix with tomato sauce and pan fried lightly. But their Demi Glazed sauce is not the usually curry sauce. They combined it with house made ponzu sauce, hence the sauce become a little bit sour and sweet, which doesn't really suit my taste.
'US Beef Karubi' (IDR 92,000)
This one is quite good. Thanks to the good quality of the beef they used.
Tuna Avocao Salad' (IDR 42,000)
Just another salad with generous filling of tuna and avocado mixed with Japanese vinegar.
'Beef Sukiyaki Quesadillas' (IDR 95,000)
Dish of the day! Flour Tortillas with beef sukiyaki inside served with cream cheese. Yumm!! a unique yet tasty combination! recommended dish! :)
